Once you sign up for Online Billing & Payment, we will send you an e-mail notice when your current monthly bill is ready for review. All you will need to access your bill is your e-mail address and password. You can choose to authorize payment from a credit card or check online.

Automated Bank Draft is a program that allows you to pay your bills automatically by deducting the amount of your AEC bill from your bank, credit union, or savings and loan. This convenient and easy method of paying your bill saves you time and worry about late payments. There is no charge for this service and you will still receive an AEC bill at the regular time each month, which will be plainly marked, "BANK DRAFT DO NOT PAY."

Now there's a way to know ahead of time what your monthly bill will be. The Average Monthly Payment Plan makes paying electric bills easier by removing seasonal peaks and valleys. Your monthly payments are leveled out so you know what to expect and how to plan your budget. The plan is designed to average your monthly payments to avoid those unusually high bills that occur during high usage months. If you're a residential customer with at least 12 months of service and good credit history, you are eligible to take advantage of this plan. Your total annual cost for electricity remains the same...but you have the convenience of a more consistent bill each month.
