Commercial/Industrial Accounts may require an additional contract. Our Customer Service Representative will assist you in completing the correct contract.

By completing and submitting this application, the applicant hereby applies for one (1) membership in, and agrees to purchase central station electric energy from Alfalfa Electric Cooperative upon these terms and conditions.
