• Floor deck construction: double 2x10 rim joist continuous each side. 4x10 open web floor joist at 16" O.C. 3/4 OSBT & G floor decking, glued and mechanically fastened.
• Roofing and ceiling construction: hinged roof trusses at 16" O.C. allows up to a 12/12 roof pitch 11 1/4" deep open web truss at bottom chord on tilt up capes can be designed for 100+ P.S.F. at 16" O.C. 5/8" drywall CLG., tape bed , texture, and paint 9' ceiling height throughout the home. R-38 batt insulation in ceilings. 5/8" plywood roof decking
